On Monday November 23, 2009 gold price hit another record high to reach $1,166.45 an ounce in Europe the international media has reported. Spot gold was bid at $1,166.25 an ounce against $1,148.20 in New York Friday evening. At the same time Cocoa prices are holding firm trading on the International Cocoa Organisation (ICCO) market watch bulletin at $3,439.28 a tonne.
